Donations are central to the success of the Berkeley Project. The money we raise is critical on several levels. First, the BP budget will fund our worksite projects around Berkeley. Many of the projects require tools and materials (not to mention volunteer lunches), and thus our funding will directly benefit the community. Second, additional money will go towards a massive marketing campaign and memorable event day pre-service activities to encourage large scale participation. It is our hope that enough funds can be gathered to support the many ambitions of the BP.
The BP Finance Committee is working hard to secure support from many directions. We are contacting local companies, grant foundations, private donors, and University resources to build our budget. If you have any questions, feel free to email the Finance Director. Thank you for your support and commitment to helping BP enhance Berkeley!
